Cricketer Rohit Sharma partners with Fitness Startup 'Fittr' to launch its 'Hart Ring'
Captain of our Indian cricket Rohit Sharma has teamed up with fitness startup Fittr in order to introduce the Fittr Hart ring. The startup claims that, the innovative smart ring is able to make health tracking a seamless part of daily life, bringing personalized and engaging fitness solutions to millions of Indians.
The company mentioned that, the device called Hart ring can monitor numerous health metrics which include daily steps, sleep quality, heart rate variability (HRV), blood oxygen levels (SpO2), recovery, stress levels, skin temperature, and even VO2 max.
This device can offer real time information about a person’s health and made it easier for making any decision about their health condition and well-being. The device also can adapt the personalized settings based on recovery patterns and overall health.
Commenting about the device Rohit Sharma said, "Fitness isn't solely about going to the gym; it's about understanding your body and making informed choices for your overall well-being," Sharma explained.
